GULF SEAFOOD GALA CELEBRATES ISLE DAUPHINE CLUB ANNIVERSARY
Enjoy outstanding Alabama Gulf seafood cuisine in the classic mid-century modern setting of the Isle Dauphine Club on Saturday, October 6, 2018, from 6-9 p.m., when the Dauphin Island Heritage and Arts Council (DIHAC) partners with the Dauphin Island Property Owners Association (DIPOA) to present the second annual Gulf Seafood Gala. This year’s event commemorates the Club’s 60th anniversary and showcases the best of local seafood traditions with a nostalgic evening celebrating the coastal chic of the beachfront club in its heyday.
While at the 2018 Gulf Seafood Gala you will enjoy delicious, locally sourced Gulf seafood, offered for your tasting pleasure with local craft beer and wines in a relaxed walkabout setting reminiscent of bygone days at the Isle Dauphine. Live music, displays of vintage Club photographs, and a silent auction of original art donated by DIHAC artists will round out a memorable Dauphin Island experience.
Proceeds will benefit the Dauphin Island Heritage and Arts Council, a 501(c)3 tax-exempt charitable organization which relies primarily on fundraisers such as the Gulf Seafood Gala to underwrite its mission to promote, provide and preserve the arts and foster cultural enrichment among coastal communities in South Mobile County.

The Gulf Seafood Gala was created in 2017 by the Dauphin Island Heritage and Arts Council (DIHAC). Proceeds benefit the DIHAC, which is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt charitable organization that relies primarily on fundraisers such as the Gulf Seafood Gala to underwrite its mission to promote, provide and preserve the arts and foster cultural enrichment among coastal communities in South Mobile County.
